December is always busy for everyone. We filled our month with a lot of cantata practices at church, working on the shed, wrapping gifts, and a few hundred diaper changes and bottles. It was a very mild December here with few days you even needed a coat. It reached into the seventies several times. I don't think I'll ever get used to not having winter especially at Christmas time.
It was wonderful to hear from so many old friends and family through Christmas cards. It is one of my most favorite things about Christmas. Thank you especially to all you who sent down packages for us. It is a lot of work to get everything together and ship it here and it makes it special to get packages.
